A Week of Victories.
I want to say thank you to so many of my clients this week for validating completely why I love what I do for others in my business.
Yesterday one client called to report winning Harrods as a client. He'd been trying for a couple of years because he had caused it to become a condition 4 other retailers had set for him to sell through their national chains. It will also give him global exposure for his products and premium tuition services to the ultra-high net worth market.
Another, a 5 year old business won 4 x 5-6 year deals with the largest target accounts in their sector increasing the value of their portfolio of clients by 300% in a quarter. With these deals the investor should realise his on-target exit 18 months early or make more at his exit if he stays in for the intended 5 years.
An accountancy client has been increasing fees to existing clients by 30% because they have not had the nerve to ask during this prolonged recession and as a result have started to stop the rot on 30% discounting on initial sale and average 40% over-servicing on work done against charge out. In new business they have individually added and extra ?30,000 of profit to the firm in the last month.
I was training a lot of new people at an old client this week and the ones I had trained previously are the top performers in EMEA and as a result of the changes in them and their results they head of the division has decided to adopt Sandler across the entire division globally. Woo Hoo!
A partner in a technology start up of 2 and a half years, sold out to his previous company realising several ?million in the process. I'd coached him 8 years ago and have worked with him along the way in his career seeing him rise to be one of the top sales performers in several large global IT companies. It culminated him in being in a position to realise his ambitions and balance his life.
How could you not get out of bed with a spring in your step when that's kind of validation of your work you receive almost every day?
